1. Replacement Policy
We offer free product replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo or video showing the problem
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
2. Eligibility
Replacements are available under the following conditions:

The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product has not been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Proof of the issue (photo/video) is provided.
We do not offer replacements for:

Normal wear and tear

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Items lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
3. No Refunds Policy
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. Our policy is to ensure you receive the product you ordered in perfect condition, which is why all approved claims will be resolved with a free replacement.
This helps us maintain affordable prices and faster service for all customers.
4. Shipping for Replacements
Replacement products are shipped free of charge and processed within 3–5 business days after your claim is approved.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item before sending a replacement. If so, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
